INTRODUCTION
1-1. General
a. This bulletin for Repair Shop, Floating, Marine Equipment Design 7011, is intended as an aid in identification,
procurement, requisitioning, assembly, storage, and issue of operating equipment, operating supplies, onboard repair
parts, and accessory items aboard the vessel.
b. The Boat Set will be issued initially complete by ATCOM.
c. Requisitions for replacement of component items will be submitted to the managing activity having issue
responsibility.
d. When watercraft is transferred or returned to inactive status, the Boat Set will be complete and turned in with
the vessel.

1-3. Excess Items. This technical bulletin does not constitute authorization for excessing or disposing of any operating
equipment or supplies or onboard spare parts which are currently on board or marked for this vessel. Excess items will
be exhausted by normal attrition.
1-4. Composition of Technical Bulletin. The component listing within each section is in
alphabetical sequence by

a. National Stock Number (NSN). A number listed in this publication for use in all supply operations.
b. Description. The items description induced are listed in alphabetical sequence by item name, with additional
descriptive information required for identification:
(1). Manufacturer's Code, part numbers and/or the applicable specification references.
(a). Pertinent information and notes applicable to the set follow the last component.
c. Quantity (QTY RQR). This column lists the quantities of each component authorized.
