BLOWER circuit breaker in 440V power panel

All ventilation systems operating normally (TM 55-
1925-273-10).
Two Watercraft Engineers, 88L
CLOSE valve CA-81 LP AIR SHUTOFF. Lock out
and tag out (FM 55-502).

WARNING
Toxic and flammable vapors are generated in the sewage system. Provide venti-
lation from outside source. Avoid open flames and prolonged breathing of fumes.
Failure to comply with warning can result in serious injury to personnel, and dam-
age to equipment.
Sewage is a common mode of transmission for parasitic organisms that may
have the capability of causing communicable diseases. After coming in contact
with sewage or contaminated equipment, be sure to clean yourself with a disin-
fectant soap. Avoid sewage contact with skin abrasions, punctures, cuts, and
other open wounds. Wipe up and clean any spills and/or contaminated equip-
ment using a disinfectant soap. Failure to comply with this warning can result in
serious illness.
1. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the gauge (figure 1, item 1) at the fitting (figure 1, item 2).
2. Cover or plug the remaining open pipe fitting (figure 1, item 2) to prevent contamination from entering the
Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) piping.
