Towing Truck to Start Engine.

7/16-inch open end wrench
5/8-inch open end wrench

CAUTION
Do not try to tow a disabled truck with a tow chain
wrapped around the center of the bumper.
Do not try to push a disabled truck. Tow only. Power
train can be damaged by pushing a truck.
NOTE
Approval from maintenance officer must be obtained
before towing your truck to start engine.
Be sure that service brakes are operating properly
before towing.
Trucks with an inoperative compressed air system
can be towed only with a tow bar.
To tow a disabled truck with a tow chain, the dis-
abled truck should have at least 75 psi in the air
reservoirs.

Check to see if air pressure gage (1) reads 75 psi.
