(4) Aline back of tractor/semitrailer combination as close as possible to payload, approximately 15 feet (4.6m) on
the ground as level as possible.
Load semitrailer on level ground whenever possible. In adverse conditions,
loading can be done on grades up to 10 percent. Due to the possibility of winch
cables piling up against the end flanges of the cable drums and causing injury to
personnel and damage to equipment, the following offset limits between tractor
and semitrailer must be adhered to:
