Start towing vehicle engine.

If towing vehicle is not FMTV
TOOL BLINKS 10 TIMES IN
A1, position towing vehicle
SERIES: ABS MODULATOR
main light switch to SER
VALVE FAULT - CONTINUED
DRIVE and depress brake
pedal during step (6).

Note reading on digital
multimeter.
8.
If towing vehicle is not FMTV
A1, position main light
switch to OFF.
9.
Shut down towing vehicle
engine.
10. If 8-14 vdc is not present,
go to step 3 of this
malfunction.

Check to see if continuity is

Set digital multimeter to
present between ABS ECU
ohms.
POWER connector pin and a
known good ground.

Connect positive (+) probe
of digital multimeter to
POWER connector pin 4.
