WARNING
Adhesives, solvents, and sealing compounds can burn easily, can give off
harmful vapors, and are harmful to skin and clothing. Keep away from open
fire and use in well-ventilated area. If adhesive, solvent, or sealing compound
gets on skin or clothing, wash immediately with soap and water. Failure to
comply may result in injury to personnel.
NOTE
Left and right bogie covers are installed the same way. Left cover shown.
1.
Apply light bead of sealing compound to seating surface of bogie housing (2).
2.
Install cover (1) on bogie housing (2) with matchmarks aligned.
3.
Position six screws (3) in cover (1).
Tighten six screws (3) to 24 lb-ft (33 Nm).
