REPAIR OF CABLES WITH MULTIPLE CONDUCTOR RECEPTACLE CONNECTORS
1.
Remove insulation sleeving (1) from cable (2). Discard insulation sleeving.
2.
Extract electrical contact (3) from receptacle body (4).
3.
Strip insulation (5) from wire (6) to equal depth of well in electrical contact (3).
4.
Position insulation sleeving (1) on cable (2).
5.
Crimp electrical contact (3) on wire (6).
6.
Install electrical contact (3) in receptacle body (4).
7. Heat shrink insulation sleeving (1).
