AXLE ASSEMBLY (LMTVT) REPLACEMENT - Continued

REMOVAL
1.
Place trestles under rear of trailer.
CAUTION
Cap or plug air hoses and fittings to prevent contamination of air system. Failure to comply
may result in damage to equipment.
NOTE
Left and right side brake air chambers are disconnected the same way. Left side shown.
Tag air hoses and connection points prior to disconnecting.
2.
Disconnect six air hoses (1) from tee fittings (2, 3, and 4).
