REMOVAL - Continued
WARNING
Frame rail (LMTVT) weighs approximately 155 lbs (71 kgs). Attach a suitable
lifting device prior to removal or collars and bolts. Failure to comply may
result to injury to personnel or damage to equipment.
CAUTION
When removing bolts, continuous removal of collars is mandatory. Failure to comply will result in
seizing of collar to bolt.
4.
Remove 12 collars (11) and bolts (12), two leaf spring brackets (13), and frame rail (4) from
crossmember (14). Discard collars and bolts.
