CENTER CROSSMEMBER REPLACEMENT - Continued

REMOVAL, LMTVT
CAUTION
When removing bolts, continuous removal of collars is mandatory. Failure to comply will
result in seizing of collar to bolt.
NOTE
Left and right sides of center crossmember are removed the same way. Right side
shown.
Step (1) requires the aid of an assistant.
1.
Remove four collars (4) and bolts (5) from rear crossmember (6). Discard collars and bolts.
2.
Perform step (1) on left side of rear crossmember (6).
3.
Remove rear crossmember (6) from trailer.
