Remove defective thermal overload heater (6).

Install thermal overload heater (6).

Removal.

Be sure power has been disconnected at the source and remove two bolts (1) and lock washers (2). Open
control box cover (3). Discard lock washers.

Tag and disconnect wire leads (8).
(3)
Remove screw (9), lock washer (10), and flat washer (11). Discard lock washer.

Remove bolt (12), lock washer (13), flat washer (14), and motor starter (5). Discard lock washer.
