Free spool winch cable. (Refer to para 4-14 b.)
2.
Run winch cable (1) under forward boom chain, and under, around, and over
sheave assembly (2).
3.
Run winch cable (1) over and under A-frame sheave (3).
4.
Hook end (4) to lashing ring (5).
