(18) Drive wrecker forward several feet and park (para 2-11o).
WARNING
As springs and end caps are removed, crosstube can
swing in all directions, adapters may slide off and can
cause personal injury.
(19) Remove two springs (13) from tow cylinders (15).
(20) Remove two quick pins (20) and pin (21) from end caps (22).
(21.) Remove two end caps (22) from crosstube (14).
(22) Remove two adapters (18) from crosstube (14) and place on equipment
body floor (23).
(23) Remove two 5-in. (127 mm) spacers (24) from crosstube (14) and stow.
