(12) Connect one end of two chains (1) to M1089 rear shackles (14).
NOTE
Wrap chains around crossbar so that chains are approximately 6-10 in.
(15-25 cm) above ground.
(13) Wrap two chains (1) around crossbar (12).
(14) Connect other end of two chains (1) around M35 rear crossmember (15).
