HYDRAULIC TANK CONTROLS AND INDICATORS
HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL (1). This indicator and decal identify the amount of fluid that should be in the hydraulic tank
when the semitrailer is level and at normal road height.
HYDRAULIC OIL VALVE (2). A ball valve used to cut off the supply of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic tank to the
hydraulic pump. Normal position for this valve is OPEN, valve handle in line with valve body. To close the hydraulic oil
valve, pull valve handle upright. This valve must be in the OPEN position prior to running the APU.
