CAUTION
Payload braking system must be released prior to attempting to winch payload
onto semitrailer or damage to equipment may result.
(19) Ensure payload brakes are released. Station ground spotters on curbside of disabled payload to provide
direction to winch operator during winching operations.
NOTE
Prior to pulling payload onto the ramps, the curbside spotter must check the
alinement of the payload tracks (inboard edge) to the curb guides.
