Take and document measurements (dimensions E and F) of both streetside and curbside longitudinal struts #2 (5).

Using an adjustable automotive wrench, loosen two locknuts (6) and adjust both longitudinal struts #2 (5) until struts
are same length, within 0.125 inch (0.3 cm). Retighten two locknuts (6).
8.
Take and document measurements (dimensions G and H) of both streetside and curbside longitudinal struts #1 (7).
9.
Loosen two locknuts (8) and adjust both longitudinal struts #1 (7) until struts are same length, within 0.125 inch (0.3
cm). Retighten two locknuts (8).
