14. Route draw string (9) under bottom and back up along exterior of rear flap (8).
15. Insert draw string (9) back through the inside grommet (23) to interior of rear flap (8).
16. Tie end of draw string (9) to grommeted strap (24) on interior of rear flap (8).
17. Stow ladder (WP 0010 00, Stow Ladder).
