NOTE
Dual actuated brakes will not self-adjust on stationary trailer.

Adjust brake adjusting screw (6) until wheel drum (1) does not turn freely or until heavy drag is
noticed.

Uncage spring brakes (WP 0047 00, Uncaging Spring Brakes).
NOTE
Trailer air tank has limited storage capacity. Excessive use of push/pull valve will deplete
air. If air tank is exhausted, couple trailer to towing vehicle to complete this task.
7.
Operate the push/pull valve (14) several times to position brake shoes.
NOTE
Step (8) requires the aid of an assistant.
8.
Readjust brake adjusting screw (6) while turning wheel drum (1) until heavy drag is noticed.
