INSTALLATION - Continued
22. Position gasket (4) and wheel end plate (3) on wheel end hub (5) with 12 lockwashers (2) and bolts
(1).
23. Tighten 12 bolts (1) to 120-180 lb-in (13-20 Nm).
OPERATIONAL CHECK
1.
Install ABS speed sensor (WP 0054 00, ABS Speed Sensor Installation).
2.
Install brake shoes (WP 0055 00, Shoes Installation).
3.
Couple trailer (WP 009 00, Coupling Trailer).
4.
Road test trailer and check for proper tracking and excessive wheel end vibration (WP 0011 00,
Towing Trailer).
5.
Uncouple trailer (WP 0012 00, Uncoupling Trailer).
