DRAWBAR REPLACEMENT - Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Position drawbar (4) to trailer tongue (5) with washer (3) and nut (2).
NOTE
Ensure slot in nut aligns to hole in drawbar while tightening to proper torque to allow
cotter pin to be inserted.
Step (2) requires the aid of an assistant.
Tighten nut (2) to 450-657 lb-ft (610-890 Nm).

Install cotter pin (1) in nut (2).
OPERATIONAL CHECK
1.
Couple trailer (WP 0009 00, Coupling Trailer).
2.
Tow trailer (WP 0011 00, Towing Trailer) and check for proper operation.
3.
Uncouple trailer (WP 0012 00, Uncoupling Trailer).
