FRONT CROSSMEMBER REPLACEMENT - Continued

WARNING
Wear appropriate eye protection when working under trailer due to the
possibility of falling debris. Failure to comply may result in injury to
personnel.
NOTE
Left and right sides of front crossmember are installed the same way. Right side shown.
Steps (1) through (3) require the aid of an assistant.
1.
Position front crossmember (4) on frame rails (7) with four bolts (8) and self-locking nuts (9).
Tighten four self-locking nuts (9) to 210-225 lb-ft (285-305 Nm).

Perform steps (1) and (2) on left side of front crossmember (4).
