INSTALLATION - Continued
NOTE
Steps (5) and (6) apply to right side of trailer.
5.
Install clamps (3) on subframe rail (5) with four screws (2) and self-locking nuts (1).
Tighten four self-locking nuts (1) to 60-72 ft lb-in. (7-9 Nm).
6.
OPERATIONAL CHECK
1.
Install bumper (WP 0114 00, Installation).
2.
Install rear crossmember (WP 0108 00, Installation).
3.
Install rear shockmount crossmember (WP 0107 00, Rear Shock Mount Crossmember Installation,
MTVT).
4.
Install front shockmount crossmember (WP 0107 00, Front Shock Mount Crossmember Installation,
MTVT).
5.
Install cargo bed (WP 0103 00, Installation).
6.
Couple trailer (WP 0009 00, Coupling Trailer).
7.
Road test trailer.
