Position center frame plate (10) on frame rail (4) with four bolts (17) and self-locking nuts (18).
Tighten four self-locking nuts (18) to 210-225 lb-ft (285-305 Nm).

4. Tighten 12 self-locking nuts (16) to 210-225 lb-ft (285-305 Nm).
