With the aid of an assistant, operate lights from prime mover to make sure all semitrailer lights are working
properly.

Release landing gear operating crank (13) from clip (15), and engage crank (13) on shaft (12).
NOTE
When there is no load, pull out on crankshaft to engage high-speed gears for fast
raising or lowering of landing gear legs.
When greater power is needed, push in on operating shaft to engage low-speed
gears to lower or raise landing gear legs.
Rotate crank clockwise to raise landing gear legs. Rotate crank counterclockwise to
lower landing gear legs.

Rotate crank (13) and raise landing gear legs (3).
12.
Replace crank (13) in clip (15).
13.
If ground boards (14) were used, stow them in brackets (16) at each side of semitrailer.
