SMOKE GRENADE LAUNCHER -- M113A3, M1059A3, AND M58. This kit allows installation of two smoke grenade
launchers on the front of the carrier below the headlights. The smoke grenade launchers enable the carrier to generate a smoke
screen to conceal the carrier from enemy observation. Each launcher contains a discharger with four launch tubes that hold
one grenade each. The arming firing unit (control box) is mounted on the firewall in the crew compartment.
NOTE
The M113A3 carrier is shown.
TOW PINTLE EXTENDER KIT -- M113A3. This kit reduces contact between the M113A3's external fuel tanks and the
trailer frame when the carrier is used to tow M105 or M200 trailers.
