Reporting Deficiencies . Report any deficiencies found during PMCS.
Department of the Army forms and procedures used for equipment maintenance
will be those prescribed by DA Pam 738-750, (TAMMS).
WARNING
Disconnect power cord from unit, and power cord from power
supply before performing your PMCS.
NOTE
If the equipment must be kept in continuous operation,
check and service only those items that can be checked and
serviced without disturbing operation . Make the complete
checks and services when the equipment can be shut down.
Perform weekly (W) as well as before operation (B) PMCS
if:
You are the assigned operator and have not operated the
item since the last weekly PMCS.
You are operating the item for the first time.
Item numbers which appear on this table are to be used in
the "TM Number" column on DA Form 2404, Equipment
Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet in recording the
results of the PMCS.
