4-11. CONDENSER SIDE PANEL MAINTENANCE. (Continued)
a. Remove. Remove 55 screws (Figure 4-5, 1), lock washers (2), flat washers (3), and condenser side panel (4).
Discard lock washers (2).
b. Inspect.
(1) Inspect condenser side panel (4) for cracks, holes, or damage.
(2) Inspect EMI gasket (5) for damage.
(3) Inspect mounting hardware for damage.
(4) Replace all damaged or missing components.
c. Install.
(1) Position condenser side panel (4) on condenser assembly (6) and secure with 55 flat washers (3), new lock
washers (2) and screws (1).
(2) Follow on maintenance:
(a) Refer to paragraph 4-10 and install access panels.
(b) Refer to applicable system technical manual and install roadside support bracket.

The schematic diagram plate and refrigeration fluid diagram plate are located on the interior surface
of the side panel.
