Using pliers, straighten end of cotter pin (1) and pull it out.
Pull up hook latch (2) and lock (3).

Take chain (4) from hook (5).
4.
Push latch (2) and lock (3) down and aline holes in latch and lock.
5.
Using pliers, put cotter pin (1) through holes and bend open ends of
cotter pin.
