Take locking pins (1) out of front shackle pins (2) on both right and left

sides.
Take out shackle pins (2).
2.
Take off shackles (3).
3.
Take chain (4) from shackles (3).
4.
Place shackles (3) on bracket (5) and aline holes and put shackle pins (2)
5.
through holes.
6.
Place locking pins (1) through holes in shackle pins (2) and lock pins.
