2-1. Know Your Controls
and Indicators.
Before attempting to operate your equipment, be sure that you are familiar with the
location and function of all controls and indicators. This section describes the location and
function of your equipment controls and indicators as follows:
NOTE
Except where specifically noted, the controls and indicators are generally applicable to
all vehicles covered in this manual.
NOTE
In this
manual, the terms right, left, front or rear indicate direction as viewed from the
operator's seat facing forward.
