(30) Remove emergency tow lights (29) and two brackets (30) from stowage.
(31) Install two brackets (30) in center holes of emergency tow lights (27)
with two screws (31), washers (32), and nuts (33).
(32) Position emergency tow lights (29) on skid plate (34). Fasten straps (35)
to skid plate. Tighten straps.
