(20) Push in PARKING BRAKE control (20) on disabled vehicle. If air system
is inoperative, manually release spring brakes (para 2-47).
NOTE
Adapters must be resting against frame.
cylinders (2) are fully retracted.
(22) Push in LIFT CYLINDER control lever to retract lift cylinder (21) until
adapters (15) contact frame (22).
