Frame - Left and right frame rails provide mounting facilities for engine, transmission, front and rear axles, operator's tilt
cab, and fifth wheel boom.

TRANSMISSION
Transmission - Consists of torque converter and transmission. Torque converter transmits power from engine to
transmission gearing. Torque converter serves as both a fluid coupling and a torque multiplier. Four planetaries within
transmission establish speed ratios. Planetaries controlled by six hydraulic applied clutches.
Gear Shift Lever - Selects gear range.
Mechanical Lock Out - Prevents shifting to or from reverse unless brake treadle is depressed.
