e. Trailer Brakes Operation
NOTE
When brake pedal is pressed, both truck and trailer brakes will be
applied.
Pull down trailer handbrake control (1) during trailer connect/disconnect operations, if
required, to apply trailer brakes only.
f. Transmission and Transfer Case Operation
(1) Start engine (para 2-12a).
(2) Push down on service brake pedal (1) to apply service brakes.
(3) Push in PARKING BRAKE control (2).
