ENGINE CRANKS BUT WILL NOT START (CONT).
Step 5. Visually check fuel level in tanks.
Add fuel if fuel level is low. Prime engine with fuel primer pump if
quantity of fuel in tanks is adequate. Push in and turn fuel primer
pump 1/4 turn in either direction to release. Pump fuel primer pump
two or three times to prime and purge air from fuel system. Push in
and turn fuel primer pump 1/4 turn in either direction to lock.
