WARNING
Do not back up vehicle without an assistant. Operator has limited
vision while backing vehicle. Failure to comply may result in serious
injury or death to personnel or damage to equipment.
(3) Back vehicle onto tire chain (1) so tire (3) is about one-third of the way on tire chain.
(4) Shut down engine (para 2-27f).
(5) Wrap tire chain (1) around tire (3).
NOTE
Inside and outside clamps are connected the same way. Outside clamp
shown.
(6) Connect inside and outside clamps (7) so tire chain (1) is tight around tire (3).
