GENERAL
The table in this section lists the common malfunctions that maybe found during the operation or maintenance of the trailer
or components. Do the tests or inspections and corrective action in the order listed.
This manual cannot list all malfunctions that may occur, nor all test or inspections and corrective actions. If a malfunction is
not listed or is not corrected by the action column, notify your supervisor.
Trailer must be hooked to a fully operational towing vehicle when performing electrical and brake system tests.
EXPLANATION OF COLUMNS
Malfunction. Visual or operational indication that something is wrong with your trailer.
Test or Inspection. Procedure used to isolate the problem in a system or component.
Corrective Action. Procedure used to correct the problem.
