Step 3.
Inspect intervehicular cable (1) for proper connection to receptacle (2). In all steps, check for good
ground connection.
Connect cable properly. Tighten ground.
Step 4.
Check to see that current is flowing from towing vehicle.
Use multimeter for voltage check. Place red lead (1) in lamp socket (2), with-black lead to
ground. Check for proper voltage (12 volts for all lamps except for the 24-volt blackout
lamps).
