semitrailer.
L a n d i n g legs may be
damaged i f t h e s e m i t r a i l e r m o v e s .
(1) C o n n e c t the two air hoses
m a r k e d SERVICE (1, figure 2-18)
and EMERGENCY (2) on towing
vehicle to corresponding air
h o s e couplings on the
semitrailer.
(2) O p e n a i r l i n e s s h u t o f f v a l v e s
on towing vehicle.
(3) I f n o a i r l e a k a g e i s d e t e c t e d ,
a p p l y the brakes on the
semitrailer
f r o m the towing
vehicle.
