PMCS COLUMN DESCRIPTION
a. The Item no. column shall be used as a source of item numbers for the "TM Number" column on DA Form 2404,
Equipment Inspection and Maintenance Worksheet, in recording results of PMCS.
b. The Interval column of your PMCS table tells you when to do a certain check or service.
c. The ITEM TO BE INSPECTED Procedure column lists the checks to be performed.
d. The Equipment is not ready/available if column tells you when and why your semitrailer cannot be used.
NOTE
The terms ready/available and mission capable refer to the same status:
equipment is on hand and is able to perform combat missions. (See AR 700-138.)
