Standardization (ANSI/ISO) or breakbulk cargo on highways or off roads.
d. Special Limitations
o n E q u i p m e n t . D o not exceed the load and speed limitation
of the semitrailer. The semitrailer is designed to be towed over smooth, hard-
s u r f a c e d roads with loads up to 22 l/2-tons at speeds as high as 55 mph. It can also
b e towed over unimproved roads, trails and open rolling terrain with loads up to 22
l/2-tons at a sustained speed of 10 mph. The semitrailer should be operated only
after being serviced and equipped for existing climatic conditions.
1-2 MAINTENANCE FORMS AND RECORDS.
Department of the Army forms and procedures used for equipment maintenance will be
those prescribed by DA Pam 738-750, The Army Maintenance Management System (TAMMS).
1-3 DESTRUCTION OF ARMY MATERIEL TO PREVET ENEMY USE.
Procedures for destruction of Tank-Automotive equipment to prevent enemy use are
contained in TM 750-244-6.
