Raise leaf spring (8) against axle bogie (9).
9.
Position clamp plate (7), two U-bolts (6), four washers (5), and self-locking nuts (4) on axle
bogie (9).
10. Tighten four self-locking nuts (4) to 200 lb-ft (271 Nm) in sequence shown.
11. Re-tighten four self-locking nuts (4), in increments of 50 lb-ft (68 Nm), to 390-510 lb-ft (530-
690 Nm) in sequence shown.
