NOTE
Steps (2) through (5) require the aid of an assistant.

Position two bolts (13) and self-locking nuts (14) in front mounting plate (11).
Tighten two self-locking nuts (14) to 210-225 lb-ft (285-305 Nm).

Position two bolts (15) and self-locking nuts (16) in center mounting plate (8).
Tighten two self-locking nuts (16) to 210-225 lb-ft (285-305 Nm).
