SUBFRAME RAIL (LMTVT) REPLACEMENT - Continued

INSTALLATION - Continued
NOTE
Steps (6) and (7) apply to right side of trailer.
6.
Position clamps (3) and electrical cable assembly (4) on subframe rail (5) with three screws (2) and
self-locking nuts (1).
Tighten three self-locking nuts (1) to 60-72 lb-in (7-9 Nm).
7.
OPERATIONAL CHECK
1.
Install bumper (WP 0114 00, Installation).
2.
Install rear crossmember (WP 0108 00, Installation).
3.
Install shockmount crossmember (WP 0107 00, Installation, LMTVT).
4.
Install cargo bed (WP 0103 00, Installation).
5.
Couple trailer (WP 0009 00, Coupling Trailer).
6. Road test trailer.
