voltages at terminals 1 and 3 should be 24 volts
5 volts DC. If not, replace.
Replace if fails test.

Apply 24 5 volts dc power across terminals 1
and 2. Voltage indicated should be 24 5 volts
dc. After approximately a 30 second time delay,
voltages at terminals 1 & 2 should be 24 5 volts
dc. If-not, replace.
Replace if fails test.
