Compresses low pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator
into high pressure, high temperature vapor.
Cools the hot, high pressure refrigerant gas causing it to
condense into high pressure liquid refrigerant.
Prevents migration of liquid refrigerant into the compressor in
CRANKCASE HEATER
cold weather.
EVAPORATOR
Cools and dehumidifies air before it enters the room
Removes any traces of moisture from the refrigerant system.
FILTER DRYER
Interrupts power to the compressor when the refrigerant system
HIGH PRESSURE CUTOUT
pressure becomes too high.
Meters liquid refrigerant into the evaporator coil distributor.
