CAUTION
Power Supply
Use disconnect switch (NOT POWER
CABLE) to disconnect power to unit.
Damage to cable connector pins will

Disconnect power at power source.

a. Remove.
(1) Tag and disconnect wire leads from ground E3.
(2) Remove three sets of screws (1), lock washers (2), and flat washers (3). Carefully pull relay bracket
(4) and relays from control assembly as far as wire leads will allow.
NOTE
Terminal protective cover must be removed to access wire terminals.
(3) Tag and disconnect wire leads and diode assembly from relay (5).
(4) Remove four sets of screws (6), lock washers (7), flat washers (8), and relay (5).
b. Inspect.
Check general condition of relay and diode and that terminals are not broken or missing. Replace if
damaged.
