LH PANEL ASSEMBLY (1). Remove by turning three pawl fasteners (2)
counterclockwise until they release.

PRIMARY FUEL FILTER (3).
a.
Check for excessive oil and leaks. Tighten bolt assembly (4). If it
still leaks, notify organizational maintenance.
b.
Clean with cleaning compound (item 3, app C) using rag (item 14,
app C).
