HYDRAULIC HOSE REEL DOES NOT OPERATE OR LOW HYDRAULIC POWER ON HAND
TOOL ATTACHMENT.
Step 1.
Ensure HYDRAULIC MASTER SWITCH (1) is ON.
Step 2.
Ensure HYDRAULIC HOSE REEL SWITCH (2) is ON.
Hydraulic fluid (Dexron III) is TOXIC. Wear protective goggles and gloves; use only in
well-ventilated area; avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes. Skin and clothing that come in
contact with hydraulic oil should be washed immediately. Saturated clothing should be removed
immediately. Failure to comply may result in injury or death to personnel.
Step 3.
Check for loose connections and collapsed or damaged lines on hose reel (3).
If lines are collapsed or damaged, notify Unit maintenance.
Step 4.
Attempt to operate a different hydraulic tool.
If alternate tool operates, replace defective tool.
Step 5.
If 4-in-1 bucket (4) operates, notify Unit Maintenance.
If 4-in-1 bucket (4) does not operate, go to Fault 14.
